I never said they were 'undocumented'. They simply are kept hidden from the public knowing about them until well after they happen. A person investing in brgo would want to know how the ceo is diluting the crap out of their potential investment. But scummy berge states specifically in the F/S that he issued these shares "on reliance they were exempted from reporting"
