Is it's true that buying and selling shares is only at the stockholder level? If this is true then I don't see how the company would have any motive in intentionally lying just to get investors to buy more stock. As far as I know it's not like our money is going into their bank account and they are driving around in Porsches and Lamborghinis because of it. I'm thinking that the company benefits from stock when they sell their own stock. I'm thinking that the company benefits from stock when they sell their own stock, but I would imagine any company would do that to gain some Capital to keep moving. The scam and the lie comments don't make any sense to me if what I just said is true
