In September of 2004, UNIVEC has received a contract from the City of Baltimore to develop guidelines for required electronic communications with over 40,000 vendors and contractors. UNIVEC’s software system allowed the City to manage the entire solicitation process in a fully interactive format. We have received rave reviews not only from the City of Baltimore, but also from all contractors and vendors. The City of Baltimore had pioneered many new process and technological innovations over 5 year period, becoming one of the first in the nation to embrace electronic e-Commerce with UNIVEC's systems.
