You are correct.

Unfortunately, the company has yet to finalize the manufacturing to 200g scaling and has yet to verify consistency from batch to batch.

Both of these are the essential and critical next steps and after more than 2 years of trying, they are no closer now then they were 2 years ago. This is the single fatal flaw in the company's ability to commercialize a product. And is ideal for getting this scheme to end even better than planned.
