3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Special Meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

Wants to adjourn the meeting if he doesn't have the votes but them a few sentences later he says this

“I note that the votes continue to be in favor of the proposals by a wide margin, and although we are making
progress, we are still short of the 50% quorum. I urge our stockholders to exercise their rights and cast their votes.”

So why would they need to adjourn a meeting "IF A QUORUM IS PRESENT"

THEN CLAIM TO HAVE "A WIDE MARGIN"
