There are a few open questions when it comes to shares of Boreal Water Collection Inc. It was my understanding that on the de-listing that all shareholders of BRWC became shareholders of the now private company Boreal Water Collection Inc. I have no idea if my shares were converted to some new number of shares based on what I owned at the time and if so what the company valued them at or how those shares could be exchanged or sold/traded. You would think we all would have received some written communication from the company as to what the new situation was after the de-listing. There is all this talk of possible bankruptcy and or mergers or sale of the company but not from Francine who I assume we need to hear it from. How can any of us move on from this? What will the process be to declare it a total loss and be able to use as tax deduction. Would it be possible for Francine to at the very least explain where the private company shareholders are with this train wreck? I have accepted that we will most likely never see a dime of our investment but the SEC or some judicial body should force Francine to clearly inform the shareholders as to exactly where we stand and how all this will be unwound.
