OK...lets get some things straight...
1)Kevin is a liar...anyone that disputes that has not done their DD by looking at all the past tweets etc giving specific timelines that he NEVER meets! In my world if you say you will do something in 2 days and you don't do that then you have lied!!
2)Kevin has been using the EXIM excuse for 4 years.He keeps adding to the "contract" but nothing ever gets executed! In the real world contracts have a specific dates to be executed or they expire.I see no reason why this contract would be any different.
3)Kevin said over 1 year ago he had a team of rent-a-CFO's working on the financials...one year later still no financials!! you can make all the excuses you like but there isn't a company in the world that couldn't get their financials in order if given 1 year to do so.
