Down in the 003's. This was another attempt to pump and it will fail. No bank, no Government, nobody is going to fund a company without audited financials!

Let me put it this way.... Would you loan or fund millions of US dollars to a company who wants to provide your town or city a product or service without first reviewing their financials, absolutely NO WAY!

End of story!
