Which means since 2014 they have generated 5.3B-15M shares. Without the R/S of 1:100 the O/S would stand at 530B

Although the PPS has been above 0001 at times in the last 3 yrs, let's assume an ave price of 0001. Math time!: 530B *$0.0001, Clay should've raked in $53M for BAYP. All he had to do was to have BAYP make a direct offering or few directly to the market. Gee, in their last Sep bogus OTC filing Porter/Clay were only brave enough to claim $277K in assets. Including imaginary assets in WV.

Then again, when a Microcrap scam receives debt note revenue for $10-20K here, and there, for conversions into hundreds of millions of stock, they just don't approach $53M. And the result is $7800 of cash in the bank after Clay takes his cut for salary.
