Doesn't matter what the AS is it only matters how big the OS is and what the tradable float is. Also if the shares are in strong hands that don't plan to sell at .0001 there is a chance the stock can move. I realize there is dilution but there usually is small breaks in dilution where stock runs happen. IMO this stock still has a chance to run.
