CENTRAL INDEX KEY - there isn't one on the NV SOS for McCusker Holdings, which seems reasonable to me, McCusker isn't a publicly traded company.

And of course, there is no longer a Oceanic Research & Recovery, Inc that exists.

So how is ORRV trading?

McCusker Holdings & ORRV haven't merged.

I wonder if there was a CIK on ORRV prior to the name change.

A statement as to whether the business entity is a publicly traded company. If the business entity is a publicly traded company, the business entity must list its Central Index Key. The Secretary of State shall include on this website the Central Index Key of a business entity provided pursuant to this paragraph and instructions describing the manner in which a member of the public may obtain information concerning the business entity from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
