Let's not forget that the biggest shareholder is Francine. Bankruptcy means that she loses big. And not just her shares, she losea personal assets as she backed many of the debts of Boreal Water.

She was misleasding. She pumped then dumped massive amounts of shares. But isn't this common in pinky land?

When you logically think about all of this, the biggest winner of a reverse merger / buyout / deal would be Francine. I think she'll work something out. She's got too much to lose
