I answered it....all you have to do is look at the last few filings and the MASSIVE increases in the share structure along with reading the parts of the Q's and K where the company said they used shares to pay a highly toxic death spiral financiers convertible note.


So , yes the company states they dilute and I'll back that up.


I wonder if they are still diluting with the pending legal proceedings against the company?
