Lol it's your call of course. When he says things about the wife and kids and two in your chest, that's a bit much. It might be a good way to speed up an investigation of this guy and possibly get your money back sooner.

I found quite a few businesses run out of the same address in Irvine and an 8k worth reading on the DD board. There's also a guy with the same name in Vancouver that pops up in a search, who did some stock promotion bs. He claims it's not the same guy but who knows.
