Its because the mms are trying to keep it down to load up. The more they get at 0001 the better off they are. Plus many people are in the whole most likely from what im hearing and they would just hold so shares are locked up. If the company does a buyback that would kick it into gear or a news spike with new investors looking to get in before the run.
