A couple of things to keep in mind here, first, penny stock scams know the law through their attorneys, that's not to say they can't be prosecuted. Second, nobody forced anyone to invest their money. I'm sure there is probably some loophole that protects business owners, scams or otherwise is some way on this. The facts are clear on penny stocks, if you want to disregard them then you pay the price. Plain and simple. Moving on to the next one and falling for it will only put a person in the same predicament. And finally, you are not getting any money from neil allen. Prosecution costs money, big money, and there's many ways to avoid prosecution, again, not saying they can't be prosecuted. As long as there are people that want to get rich next week, there will always be penny stock scams. I followed this but didn't invest in it.
