Disney purchased some 13.3 million shares at around 18.8 cents each. Disney bought 10% of POW!, valuing POW! at $25 million plus whatever debt POW! had, not minus debt like Camsing is doing. POW! had a lot less going for it back in 2009/10. But, Stan was also 7.5 years younger. I'd use the 19 cents as my minimum. If Camsing would have offered 19 cents a share, I would have taken the money and offered the good luck.

Valuing POW! above the $25 million depends on valuing whatever IP POW! has that wasn't sold to another company for development and whatever Stan's life story is worth.

The badly translated Chinese articles suggested that POW! had some 270 projects, with 100 unattached. If all were sold as movie deals, they would be valued (all together) at some $80 million plus a percentage of the profits.

"Zodiac Legacy" an illustrated novel, with a first print run (there were two hardcover print runs and one paperback print run) of 300,000, probably generated $360,000 (I'd have to check that number with POW! financials). Assuming all 100 did the same, we are talking some $36 million.

"Lucky Man" a live-action TV series brought POW! brought POW! $257,000 for the first season (assuming a like amount for season 2, We don't know what international broadcast rights went for or DVD/VOD sales were. But, if we assume all 100 projects were sold as live-action TV series for 10 episode seasons, they would be worth about $26 million.

An animated series might generate $100K per season (plus licensing, DVD/VOD, and international broadcast rights). So maybe selling all 100 as animated series for at least 1 season, brings a total of at least $10 million.

I'm guessing selling all 100 for comic books would net less than $1 million for all.

Summarizing:
$80+ million, movies
$36+ million, books
$26+ million, Live-action TV shows
$10+ million, animated series
$1- million, comic books

average of about $38+ million.
