Rick, what are you considering a fair market price. Disney purchased 10 million shares at 25 cents a piece. Just a drop in the bucket for them. I have heard a few different ranges. I know everyone has there own share price average we are dealing with. Depending on the share price they offer us I think a plan B definitely would be something to consider.
