lasers: I was involved in 2009 with a company that had failed a phase 3 but FDA ask them to resubmit the same data but in a different format; yes- no new trial and they were approved two months later which brings us to ELTP in a similar scenario would it be possible or likely for the FDA to say just go with the 41 or 42 of the participants in the trial and conclude that that was enough and it was fully vested with what they have as participants and go ahead and count the data as a completed trial?
