Based on pacemonitor.com previous update, the judge thought Plantiff's claims for " punitive damage” lack enough ground or evidence, so they filed motion for reconsideration on April 26. ARYC as defendants filed opposition to motion for reconsideration on May 26. Now final decision is in judge hands.

If plaintiffs are unable to provide new evidence, motion for reconsideration will not be granted.
We may need wait another 1-2 months for final decision.
