To the board: I updated the IBOX share structure, conversion notes & fully diluted calculations.
Conversion notes need to be edited and corrected as they change month by month. I may need your help on this so please, if you can you may have a better way to digest the 10Q better than I can.
I want to edit with notes on the approximate month(s) when the particular note is converted into common shares be it April or May.
Take your time on this, no rush,,, its just my attention to detail and the combined advice of the board taken into consideration.
