Same company incorporated now in Florida with listing initial low AS to save on franchise fees. In my opinion, the AS and Share Structure will be amended when the company is ready to move forward. It is then existing shareholders will be confirmed as part of the new share structure. That in itself will be a catalyst for the pps to rise.

Just my humble opinion.
