So what was there to clear up? Semantics? Explaining what "fair value" means concerning derivatives?

Point I'm making is Warrants are a non toxic form of dilution. They are "given" or "granted" away if you want to be technical but the investor still has to pay for them if/when the time comes. So using the word "given" can be a bit misleading, just as using the word "bought" could be.

FWIW, she might have exercised while the pps was above .2, we won't know until next Q. However, the company still has too add the fair value of those warrants she "bought" or was "given" in the stockholder deficit. Again, semantics imo.
