You have to compare MARKET CAP not PPS

You can have a PPS of 150,000,000 $ with ONE share

But, i agree that INO have a market cap of 600 millions when ELTP is always at a poor 137 millions with much better fundamentals.

5 weeks and we are in JULY when turnover begin
