I was only going by the 10lbs being raised to 15 lbs. which theoretically cut the testing 50%. Also was not clear on what 48 hrs to 72 hrs meant but certainly was meant to lessen the amount of testing. The rest appeared to benefit labs and the safety of the consumers I think. Glad others were able to step up and clarify this for me as this legal mumble jumble is Greek to me.
