Yes, each trade there is a buy/sell. It is determined to be a SELL because an investor isn't willing to pay the ASK which is pretty important. Especially in the ORRV case. Considering this POS only had .0005 on the ask. WOW, what does that say, not even willing to pay .0001 more for a share of it.

Heck on a Million shares, that would only be $100 difference... NOTHING when such great things are coming, right?

Sadly, McCusker won't be in jail when none of what he says happens.... why? because the SEC is overrun with scams. I have seen many scams last MANY YEARS.

He won't lose his home or car, etc. he can file bankruptcy. Which, he has done before.

WONDER WHY he didn't file the paperwork correcting the typos... he said he filed it with NV SOS... but he didn't. I checked with NV SOS. NO PAPERS FILED.
