I'm not concerned with the terms when the JV seems to be in EVSV's best interest. The PR shows a concern for shareholders from the perspective of Mr. Jenkins. Even if Quality Roofing, Inc. exercises its power in the decision-making process, I think it will ultimately trickle down to the stock itself. It only makes sense since Trina has a lot more to gain than Mr. Jenkins does. I'm sure Quality Roofing, Inc. could very well expand without incorporating Enviro-Serv, Inc., right? And that leads me to believe that the partnership is real, and that Mr. Jenkins is interested in creating more value for his investment in the Company.
