The PPS doesn't matter to them. They convert the notes and then sell them a little higher than the conversion price, and pocket the cash. Once they sell the shares they convert more until they run out. The PPS will not go up until that is over. It will be fairly soon though The market value of the company right now is almost equal to the quarterly revenue. That will right itself once dilution is over.
