Hi Dianne,

Have you reviewed the ebt testimony and if so please comment on what light is sheds on Cowan's negligence and on damages.

IMO from what I have seen so far, Cowan was negligent but with no cash no revenue and no products being marketed it would be difficult to make a case for a large amount of damages. IMO perhaps case will settle but not for a great amount of money.

What is your take on the situation and on the actual evidence put forth in the ebt's, etc?
