ummmm well....

no reverse split does not eliminate debt. it raises the debt ceiling to accommodate debt conversions, and paves the way for more.

reverse split eliminates common shares from retail investors portfolios.

example - 20,000,000 common shares after a 1:10 RS ratio leaves retail shareholder with 2,000,000 shares.

20,000,000 common shares after a 1:50 RS ratio leaves retail shareholder with 400,000 shares.
