This is a "Holding Company"

R/S doesn't eliminate debt nor does it eliminate old shares unless you do a 10,000:1 R/S... at 5 Billion SS you'd still have 50k left @ $2


Though the statement I seen suggested 100k of old debt...to clean the shell
