I agree -
My point is that these shares that came free are what is pressuring the stock.
Also most often the issued are restricted with notice. Here we had no notice until shares were already pressing. ( despite calls)

I agree clearing debt is great, and that they have a product , defined plan well ahead of usual 'pinks'

But the technical challenge remains... buying equal and greater to volume being dumped. My est indicates quiet a bit more out unless they decide to hold.
