I agree, Huge potential here & wont be low like this for long. A lot of shares dumped way too low yesterday & took the price down way low. I think a lot of people may have misinterpreted the 10-q relating to the Poolworks debt showing up only as goodwill. From what I understand the Poolworks debt is wiped clean & MMEG got a extremely good deal on the acquisition! They are just obligated to show it on the 10-q but don't actually owe it.
