Here's a summary of 2016 total compensation: Chan $495k, Capponi $421k, Bloch $372k. Those numbers represent a 30% increase from 2014-2016. Anyone here feel like they're underpaid? Obviously they're doing a little better than the poor slob common shareholder. Not trying to come off as bitter, just feel compensation should be directly tied to performance, after the fact, not before (page 26 of the proxy for anyone who owns shares and has a little time to research their investment)!
