Trading is set for $3.50 IMO. What the common gets ultimately will depend on number of variables. But Adeptus is worth more than the $242 million Deerfield paid. I guess what a lot of Investors are waiting for is the amount of impairment or writedown or rewrite that mgmt talked about in the weeks leading to bankruptcy. Oh my funniest line is " we don't think equity holders will receive anything at the end of the process but that will be decided in the bankruptcy court." So why even scare people when you know that the decision is for the court to.make. Such disclaimers are not what the PSLRA anticipated. It's like Tesla telling me " Look if you closed your eyes while driving, you may get into an accident." Yes, I am one year old today.
