....we've got a real problem with THE JUDGE..........or had a problem........SHE DID NOT DO ANY---F/-ing---THING, as counsel to the CO-TRUSTEE ..........for four+ years........................I talked with her on occasion and she obviously did not know WTF was going on and clearly didn't care........she should have hammered the FDIC, among others....................
.....kim was in a legal TRAP, of sorts, but she should have moved for closure of the BK........aggressively and this would smoke out the settlement or at least make it PUBLIC..........
.....guy said to leave her alone - - actually, we had to TRASH the TRUSTEE to get to kim and guy said no way............??????...........
......so, we'll see if mark e. haynes has bowling balls or raisins.............
