he is at least moving. he waited quite a while. this could be a great play long term if he can address share structure CORRECTLY. otherwise probably a flip. if he can use just 20% of profits each quarter - admittedly as restaurants expand this will be an increasing amount which is good - he could dramatically reduce the shares without a RS.

i think, and it may be unavoidable unless he's a better man than 99% of ceo's down here, he won't be patient enough to do it the right way and will just RS. So if you believe in the future of this company that won't be the end of the world but you probably should own maybe, IMO, between 5 and 10 million shares pre-split.
