The clock is ticking down to July 1. That is on our side believe it or not because any business with its hands involved in marijuana should fare well.

Mark has a medical marijuana license and that will still be there after May 31. But what the state is doing is rewarding the medical licenses that are generating taxes and jobs by allowing them to move on and sell rec too and medical if they want until Dec 31. The deadbeat licenses will not be able to move on. But the rec licenses now are only temporary thru Dec 31. after that the permanent rec licenses will take over and there will be 80 of those given out for the county Vegas is in.

To apply for one of those permanent rec licenses Mark will have to go before the licensing board and show them how he has improved the community and enriched the state with his medical license they gave him 2 years ago.
