new time lines for the already 3 year delay !!! with very little to show !! claims that without fins the PPS won't move ! well smoke if u ask me !!! no one is buying cause of lack of deadlines not being meet no fins no proof of anything ! so it is what it is cause this is nothing more than a SUB PENNY STOCK WITH A STOP SIGN ON THE OTC !!! OH BY THE WAY THE OTC MIGHT NOT ACCEPT HIS APPLICATION HE COULD GET TURNED DOWN AND BE PUT IN THE GREYS AFTER ALL MAYBE THATS WHY NO ONE IS BUYING ?????
