If the $20,000 non dilutive capital raising Kickstarter fails to reach its funding goal (it must fund 100%) be prepared for the company to potentially go to toxic loan shark convertible debt lenders for that cash.

$20k at 50% discount (.0001) would raise the OS 200 million shares.

$20k at 50% discount (.00005 < they will tap the bid to .0001 to trigger that) would raise the OS 400 million shares. Any of the experts on the board feel free to jump in on this math.

I have not seen in any filing where Janon Costley is a shareholder so no skin off his back. Business is business.
