The chart trend is down and the overhang from dilution from multiple sources will continue the trend.

Don't fight the trend, especially when the risk of a "death spiral" is possible as the sale of stock to cover the debt has full rachet protection, thus financiers have little risk, unlike the retail buyers who will watch their position value continue to crash.

New 52 week low on the horizon.
