8K is Out

This is positive. Looks like the up-listing is going to actually happen! The way I read this 8K an investor is also buying out the current debenture holders in conjunction with the NASDAQ offering. I am hoping that this gets done soon so we can start hearing news again. This is pretty positive non the less. If someone is willing to buy out debenture holders and are making it a part of the NASDAQ deal, I think this says a lot. You would need to be pretty confident of the company outlook to do this.
