Amarin doesn't have a choice, they need to reintiate ANCHOR SPA appeal at the level of Woodcock and prosecute it fully through final action if needed or Amarin gets successfully sued in the future IMO.

Unfortunately AMRN seems to think they do have a choice. Not so sure on the guaranteed success of a suit against AMRN.

Here's a dumb question, if RI is a no go would it be too late for AMRN to appeal ANCHOR with the FDA? And I don't mean too late in a legal sense, but in a "the damage is already done" because its too late sense.
