(OTC:SBOX), a Beverly Hills based diversified holding company, today announced the signing of a Water Purification Technology Patent Purchase agreement with Snapdragon Investments Ltd., a Hong Kong corporation with operations South East Asia and Australia. The patents are for the USA and Canada.
