I think there definitely is a chance of a R/M here.

My thought process is: Mr. Jenkins made an initial investment as a note holder to support Trina's endeavors. Since then, he's witnessed EVSV grow internally and sees growth potential. So this JV is a right of passage, so to speak. Just like the PR states, if Trina can prove that their synergy can lead to profitability, then Quality Roofing, Inc. will be interested in funding any future acquisitions and/or expansions. It would only make sense to form a merger agreement so that it reflects in the stock price, which is why I think Trina is so adamant about not reverse splitting the stock.
