unfortunately this bounce has been nothing but a dead cat. it is still down for the year and cannot overcome the 200d MA. volume has dried up and the MM's are back to their 350 phantom share trades. if some truly meaningful news was forthcoming, this would be moving in 15-20% chunks upward and blasting thru MA's.

we are still down on the year - let that sink in for a moment
