Nearly another week gone by with no mention of financials and Eric hasn't used the word Securter in a blog or tweet in over a month and those 6 weeks of negotiations are nearly up.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
