I think you misinterpreted the request for evidence.

We all know shares are being issued. But that does not mean those shares are being sold. I am sure some are (1/20th gets him his principal back, why not do that). But that convertible note holder is the richest guy here, he doesn't need to desperately sell the shares while they are low.
