I don't know about the fractional shares... I was referring to the $0.12 earnings per share on both Google Finance and CNBC.

AFAIK, Google was first in reporting the bump from 111M to 113M outstanding shares... Some sites, such as MSN and MarketWatch, are still reporting old numbers. Could Google be first again with new earnings info?

EPS 0.12 * 113M shares = $13.5M ??
If it is accurate... which is a BIG IF, so don't get too excited just yet... This stock is going to Explode!
