OMVS .0309 Shell acquiring RAD (Robotic Assistance Devices)... coming soon. Binding LOI effective May 10. Some dilution, seems to be winding down. Check the 10-K due out Tuesday for more info on that. Last share count in Feb. 18mil O/S, probably more like 30 now IMO. Company working with NVIDIA and demo'd for Microsoft.

KRFG .0025- Going current very soon, Getting DTC Chill removed, Block buy-back, revenue assets and intellectual property coming into shell, all per (puppet) CEO. Update on private company in merger expected any time as well. Thin

BYOC .0006 Think alot of us are waiting on this one. Expecting to go current and continue on from there soon. Will email CEO for update soon.
